Damage-Only Refunds
We offer refunds only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn / unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at support@minimalistsforher.com to request a return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship the item back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as personalized/custom orders or pieces that are worn, altered, or without original packaging and tags.
Sale items or gift cards are also not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (per the above process), and place a new order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take some additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
