1. What kind of jewellery do you offer?

We offer high-quality artificial / fashion jewellery crafted with attention to design, durability, and style. From delicate everyday pieces to statement accessories, our collection blends traditional elements and modern trends.


2. Are the prices inclusive of all taxes & duties (within Pakistan)?

Yes, all prices on Minimalists for Her include standard taxes applicable in Pakistan. You will not be charged extra duties for domestic shipping.


3. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add the items you like to the cart, then proceed to checkout. You’ll provide shipping details, choose payment method (Online / Cash-on-Delivery if available), and submit your order. We’ll contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order. After confirmation, your order will be dispatched.


4. Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery in many areas of Pakistan. If you choose COD, please have the exact amount ready because delivery riders may not always carry change.


5. What are your shipping times and charges?

Shipping charge: Flat rate of Rs. 249 across Pakistan.

Processing and dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after order confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Delivery: Usually 2-4 working days after dispatch, subject to area & courier availability. Remote or less accessible areas may take longer.


6. What if my order has multiple items and one is out of stock?

If any item in your order is out of stock or fails quality inspection, we will remove that item and ship the rest of your order. You’ll be notified of any changes before dispatch.


7. How do I care for my jewellery to keep it lasting longer?

Avoid contact with water, soaps, perfumes and lotions.

Store in a dry place, ideally in its original box or a soft cloth pouch.

Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth; avoid using harsh chemicals.


8. Can I return or exchange items?

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of manufacturing defects, wrong item shipped, or damage during transit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and description. Items must be unused, with original tags/packaging. Shipping cost of return may apply unless the issue is our mistake.


9. How can I ensure I order the right size / design?

Check product descriptions for dimensions (e.g. diameter, length) and weight.

View photos of jewellery worn on models where available.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery (where available)

11. Do you offer custom orders or design modifications?

At the moment we primarily offer ready-made designs. However, if you have a special request, feel free to reach out via our contact page / WhatsApp. We’ll try our best to accommodate your needs, subject to feasibility.


12. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number (if available via the courier) or inform you of the delivery status. You can also contact our support team for updates.


13. Is there warranty on your jewellery?

Since our jewellery is artificial / fashion jewellery, we don’t provide warranties like those for precious metals. However, we guarantee quality at time of dispatch. If there are defects caused during production or transit, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
